We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designerto lead the user experience and interface design formobile applications. This role will be deeply involved in FinTech and Web3 product design, focusing on delivering clean, secure, and trustworthy user experiences.

• Minimum 4 years of UI/UX or product design experience, with complete mobile app project experience (portfolio required)

• Proficient in Figma and other design tools, with strong UX fundamentals

• Able to independently manage the full design lifecycle from requirements to product launch

• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration ability

Responsibilities

• Lead the full UX/UI design process for iOS and Android mobile applications, including user research, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design

• Design user experiences for financial and Web3-related products (e.g. asset dashboards, trading flows, confirmation processes) to enhance usability and user trust

• Continuously optimize product experience based on user feedback and data analysis

• Deliver high-quality UI designs and design guidelines; build reusable components to ensure consistency across products

• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to ensure efficient implementation of design solutions

• Provide limited support for official website pages and marketing-related design tasks
