Preferred Experience

• Experience in telemarketing or outbound sales

• Background in sales coordination and support

• Proven experience in customer service

• Appointment setting and lead follow-up experience

• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer database management

• Experience in the interior design or renovation industry is an added advantage

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident in handling conversations via phone calls and WhatsApp

• Well-organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented

• Strong follow-up and relationship management abilities

• Able to handle objections professionally and effectively

• Comfortable using spreadsheets and CRM systems

Language Requirements

Preferred:

• English

• Bahasa Malaysia

• Mandarin / Cantonese (added advantage)

Lead Follow-Up

• Promptly contact new leads via phone calls and WhatsApp

• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Follow up on missed inquiries and re-engage inactive leads

• Recycle and nurture old leads to identify new sales opportunities

Lead Qualification

• Identify and understand customer requirements

• Assess project type, budget range, and renovation timeline

• Determine product interest and customer location

• Ensure accurate qualification before passing leads to the sales team

Appointment Setting

• Schedule showroom visits for potential clients

• Arrange site visits for Wyndor’s Sales Professionals

• Confirm and coordinate appointments efficiently

CRM & Reporting

• Update and maintain lead records in the CRM / lead management system

• Ensure all follow-up activities are accurately recorded

• Track appointment confirmations and customer interactions

• Prepare and submit weekly performance reports

Customer Relationship Building

• Build strong rapport with homeowners, contractors, and interior designers

• Maintain a high standard of professional communication

• Support long-term customer engagement and relationship development
