Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in money lending, financial services, banking, or consumer financing.
  • Strong leadership, business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of leading sales initiatives independently to meet aggressive growth targets.
  • Good understanding of lending products, borrower acquisition, and portfolio management is highly preferred.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel for business development and client engagement when required.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM systems; experience in sales reporting and pipeline management is an added advantage.
  • Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, partnerships, and lead generation channels.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with borrowers, business partners, and key clients to support long-term portfolio growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote the company’s loan products and achieve disbursement and revenue targets.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead acquisition and customer assessment to loan conversion and post-disbursement follow-up.
  • Monitor sales performance, portfolio quality, and market trends, and provide regular reports, forecasts, and strategic updates to management.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with credit and operations teams to optimize customer acquisition, conversion rates, and repayment performance.
