We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and Security Systems sales division. The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing key accounts, driving sales growth, and leading the sales team for security and surveillance solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, alarm systems, networking, and integrated security solutions.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in ELV / Security System sales.
Strong knowledge of:
CCTV Systems
Access Control Systems
Alarm Systems
Intercom Systems
Networking & Structured Cabling
Experience in project sales and tender bidding is an advantage.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Able to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
Manage and expand relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and tender submissions.
Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients.
Lead and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
