Internship For Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 950 in Godeco Services Selangor - Maukerja

Currently enrolled in a diploma, degree, or equivalent program in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of quantity surveying principles, cost estimation, and construction processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proactive attitude.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and project proposals based on design specifications and client requirements.

Support in creating and reviewing bills of quantities (BOQ) and tender documents.

Collaborate with the project team to monitor project costs and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.

Conduct site measurements and valuations to ensure accurate reporting of materials and work progress.

Assist in assessing supplier and contractor quotations, negotiating costs, and preparing comparison reports.

Conduct research on construction materials, pricing trends, and market conditions to support project planning.

Perform ad-hoc tasks and provide general support to the quantity surveying team.
