Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Having automotive knowledge

Good customer service and communication skills

Greet customers, assess their vehicle issues, and provide information aboutservices.

Advise customers on necessary repairs and maintenance based on theirvehicle's needs and manufacturer guidelines.

Provide cost estimates for services and communicate any changes to the initialquote.

Manage service appointments and ensure efficient workflow in the servicedepartment.

Communicate with customers about the status of their vehicle and notify themwhen services are complete.

Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions.
