• Recommend suitable products based on skin type, tone, and concerns

• Demonstrate makeup application and skincare routines

• Stay updated on new products, trends, and promotions

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and displays

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally

• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics

• Basic knowledge of makeup techniques and skincare routines

• Sales-oriented mindset with customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or shifts

• Previous retail or beauty experience (preferred but not always required)
