Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate
- Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in Construction Field.
- Requires language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Professional certification as additional credits.
- Self-Motivated, Positive attitude and responsible character.
Responsibilities
- Preparing full tender documentation for review.
- Responsible for cost calculation,project coasting accordingly to BQ.
- Preparing of project progress claim,variation order for updates.
- Dealing with sub-contractor payment.
- Attend site valuation and measurement of work done.
