Requirements
Diploma / Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years sales experience.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply — training will be provided.
An active team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Own transportation is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Attend to customer inquiries regarding housing loan eligibility in a professional and timely manner.
Assess the quality of loan applicants through initial credit worthiness screening.
Clearly explain the housing loan application process, including required documents, timelines, and what to expect.
Continuously update knowledge on housing loan products to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers.
