Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related field

At least 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure, MIS, or systems engineering roles

Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, and virtualization

Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and system monitoring tools

Familiarity with EDR or cybersecurity operations is an advantage

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for laptops, desktops, and peripherals

Troubleshoot network connectivity (wired/wireless, switches, Wi-Fi, VPN) Configure, monitor, and maintain network devices (switches, access points)

Administer Windows and Linux servers (physical and virtual) Manage virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalent)

Implement and monitor backup, replication, and disaster recovery solutions

Monitor infrastructure including networks, servers, virtual machines, and system services

Respond to and manage Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) alerts

Serve as an escalation point for technical incidents and perform root cause analysis

Maintain accurate system, monitoring, and recovery documentation
