Job Description
Requirements
- No limit of education is required
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in mortgage financing, banking, or property industry
- Good relationship with bank officers or experience working with multiple banks is a plus
- Able to communicate in English
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian housing loan products (fixed, flexi, Islamic, government schemes)
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on available mortgage options, interest rates, loan structures, and eligibility criteria
- Conduct loan eligibility assessments based on income, credit, commitments, etc.
- Educate clients on the full mortgage process from application to disbursement
- Assist in preparing and submitting loan applications to multiple banks
- Follow up with banks and clients to ensure timely documentation and approval
- Support clients in compiling necessary documentation (e.g., payslips, EPF, income documents)
- Provide updates to clients throughout the loan process
