Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Fluent in local languages; strong preference for candidates proficient in Mandarin
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and engage customers
- Confident in handling phone calls and responding professionally to customer enquiries or objections
- Positive attitude, customer-focused, and willing to learn
- Basic computer knowledge; experience using CRM systems is an added advantage
- Able to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students to introduce and promote student accommodation services
- Follow up with leads and enquiries by providing accurate information and friendly assistance
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable accommodation options
- Update and maintain customer information in the system accurately
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking and customer service process
- Achieve individual and team targets for customer engagement and conversions
