Job Description

Requirements

  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and careful in work

  • Able to work independently and solve problems

  • Basic computer skills required (Excel, Word, and AutoCount software)

  • Good communication skills with employees from different backgrounds

  • Willing to travel out of office when needed

  • Possess a valid driving license (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee attendance records (punch card) and check overtime (OT) records

  • Handle daily administrative tasks and document management

  • Follow up with agents on employee work permits and related matters

  • Assist in arranging medical appointments for employees (accompany or transport when necessary)

  • Submit documents to government departments when required

  • Assist in maintaining daily company operations and office environment
