5 years+ of experience in finance or accounting role, preferably within the Financial Accounting & Reporting industry

Excellent knowledge of financial accounting principles, MFRS and financial reporting requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide insightful financial analysis

Proficient in the use of financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Autocount, Excel)

An advanced diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, and a recognised accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) would be highly desirable

Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is essential, as the role may require communication with China vendors or clients

Preference will be given to candidates who are available for immediate employment or can join on short notice

Preparing and analysing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

Maintaining general ledger accounts and ensuring the accuracy of all financial records

Reconciling bank accounts and managing cash flow effectively

Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts

Providing financial analysis and recommendations to support business decision-making

Supporting the month-end and year-end close process.

Perform detailed cost analysis to evaluate project budgets, identify cost variances, and support effective financial planning.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting.

Prepare routine expenses and cost analyses to drive business efficiency.

Responsible for managing daily financial operational tasks, as well as performing ad-hoc duties as required
