Possess a Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetic Studies, or a related field.

Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Beautician or Aesthetic Consultant, with a proven track record in performing various beauty and aesthetic treatments.

Proficiency in conducting thorough skincare analysis to identify client needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.

Skilled in providing comprehensive aesthetic consultations, educating clients on treatment options, benefits, and expected outcomes.

In-depth knowledge of a wide range of beauty and aesthetic products, including their ingredients, applications, and contraindications.

Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure client satisfaction.

Experience in administering Dermal Fillers and Botox is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of injection techniques and safety protocols.

Ability to perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other non-invasive aesthetic procedures.

Fluent in English, Mandarin (ZH), and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.

Willingness to work full-time, onsite at our Subang Jaya location.

Conduct comprehensive skin analysis using advanced diagnostic tools to identify client concerns and recommend personalized treatment plans.

Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other non-invasive procedures.

Administer treatments such as Botox and dermal fillers with precision and adherence to safety protocols, under the supervision of a physician.

Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results and client satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and fostering trust.

Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and products in the aesthetic industry through continuous learning and professional development.

Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history, progress notes, and consultation details, ensuring confidentiality.

Collaborate effectively with the medical team to ensure seamless patient care and coordinated treatment approaches.

Promote and sell skincare products and treatment packages, aligning recommendations with client needs and desired outcomes.

Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic treatment environment in compliance with all health and safety regulations.
