Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and live chat platforms.
Provide professional and timely customer support in Mandarin and English.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant departments when required.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and service standards at all times.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent service delivery.
Assist with operational and administrative duties assigned by the management.
