Internship For Supply Chain Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 700 in Irkaz Holdings Selangor - Maukerja

Currently pursuing a Degree in a relevant field.

Minimum 5 months internship period (or willing to extend to 6 months).

Fields of Study: Business Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, Agriculture, or Food Science/ Food Tech.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams.

Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced working environment.

Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks within the department.

Support data entry, documentation, and record keeping to ensure accurate information management.

Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and basic analysis using Microsoft Office.

Support inventory tracking, stock coordination, and supply chain documentation where required.

Assist with purchasing, supplier coordination, and order processing activities.

Support retail or operational teams in monitoring stock levels, product movement, and store operations.

Participate in meetings, take notes, and assist in preparing internal documentation or presentations.

Assist in coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth operational processes.

Conduct basic research or data collection to support business improvement initiatives.

Perform other administrative or operational duties as assigned by the supervisor.
