Core Requirements

• Diploma or higher in IT / Computer Science or related

• Minimum 1–3 years real IT support experience (enterprise or multi-user environment)

• Strong communication skills (mandatory) — able to confidently engage corporate users

• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Technical Capability (Practical Focus)

• Solid understanding of:

  • TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS

  • LAN/WAN environments

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Windows OS

  • Microsoft 365 (essential)

  • User support and troubleshooting

• Familiar with:

  • Basic networking tools

  • Endpoint/system diagnostics

Capability Expectations (Critical)

• Able to handle users directly and professionally

• Able to explain technical issues in simple terms

• Able to work independently in live environments

• Able to analyze issues, not just follow instructions

• Able to propose improvements and enhance system reliability

• Experience supporting:

Enterprise IT Support & Customer Handling

• Act as frontline IT support for enterprise users

• Handle user requests, incidents, and issues directly

• Troubleshoot across:

  • Endpoints (laptops, desktops)

  • Microsoft 365 environment

  • Network connectivity and access

• Communicate clearly with users and explain solutions

User Guidance & Training

• Provide basic user training and guidance:

  • Microsoft 365 usage

  • System workflows and tools

• Help users adopt systems effectively and reduce recurring issues

Infrastructure & Network Handling

• Work with:

  • LAN/WAN environments

  • Switches, routers, structured networks

• Diagnose:

  • Connectivity issues

  • Performance degradation

  • Device/network failures

System Reliability & Improvement

• Identify:

  • System bottlenecks

  • Failure risks

  • Recurring issues

• Propose and implement practical improvements

• Support backup, restore, and recovery operations

Enterprise Systems & Tools

• Support:

Documentation & Operational Discipline

• Maintain accurate documentation:

  • Network layouts
