We’re looking for someone proactive, personable, and detail-oriented, with:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, admin, or related fields
• Good understanding of HR fundamentals (recruitment, onboarding, records).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational ability and the capability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfort with HR and office software.
• A can-do attitude and willingness to jump in where needed.

(Bonus points if you’ve had exposure to Malaysian HR compliance and payroll basics!)

As our HR & Admin Executive, you will be the backbone of people operations and office management. This role reports directly to the CEO. Your day-to-day will include:

Human Resources Support

• Assist with recruitment processes, from posting job ads to screening and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain employee records, leave tracking, time sheets, and attendance systems.
• Support HR compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Help coordinate staff engagement initiatives and HR documentation.

Administration & Office Operations

• Handle general enquiries, phone calls, mail, and document filing.
• Support scheduling, internal meetings, and team events with smooth logistics.
• Be the go-to person for keeping the office efficient and organised.
• Support the CEO with all Personal Assistant and administrative duties, including scheduling, communications, meeting coordination, and general executive support.
