Diploma / Degree Civil, Architecture and Interior Design

Minimum 2–5 years experience as Site Supervisor in construction projects

Familiar with site operations and construction sequence

Able to read basic construction drawings

Strong site coordination and supervision skills

Willing to work on-site and follow project schedule

Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on site

Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and site instructions

Coordinate and control site workers, subcontractors and machinery

Monitor daily work progress, productivity and workmanship quality

Ensure proper implementation of construction sequence and work methods

Conduct daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings

Enforce site safety practices in accordance with project safety requirements

Identify site issues and report to Site Engineer / Site Manager promptly

Check materials usage and minimize wastage on site

Ensure site cleanliness, housekeeping and proper material storage

Record daily site activities in site diary / log book

Assist in inspection works, testing and quality checks

Monitor rectification works and defects correction

Support site handover and defect liability period works
