Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification is required for this role.

Possess 1-2 years of proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role.

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.

Experience or a strong aptitude for live hosting and presenting in front of an audience.

Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.

Willingness to learn and articulate detailed product knowledge to potential customers.

Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for effective communication with a diverse customer base.

Ability to work full-time and be present onsite at our Papar, Sabah location.

A proactive and enthusiastic approach to sales and customer engagement.

Comfortable representing the brand and acting as a brand ambassador.

Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing detailed product information and demonstrating features during live hosting sessions to drive sales.

Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the company's values and effectively communicating its unique selling propositions to potential clients.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through attentive service, personalized recommendations, and follow-up interactions, fostering loyalty and repeat business.

Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations during live hosting events, creating an engaging and interactive experience for the audience.

Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively identifying customer needs, offering suitable solutions, and closing sales effectively.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience both during and after live sessions.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities for live events.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate and compelling information to customers.
