Requirements
At least hold an SPM certificate.
No experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Own transportation.
Willing to work with shifting, including weekends and holiday if required.
Working Hours: GPC Team : Morning 9am - 7pm, Noon 1pm - 11pm, Night 11pm - 9am (3 shifts)
Responsibilities
Handling customer replies from Whatsapp, Live Chat, Social Media.
Solving customer queries.
Handling customer orders from official website and other platforms.
Manage stocks.
