Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Good understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.

Familiarity with accounts payable and receivable processes.

Min (2) years of working experience in the related field is required (excluding internship)

Ability to handle full set of accounts and liaise with auditors.

Strong command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting software and procedures.

Must be able to work full-time at the onsite location in Damansara Jaya, Petaling Jaya.

Handle daily accounting operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice verification, data entry, and payment processing.

Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of any discrepancies.

Prepare customers statements and ensure timely collections from customers

Prepare and submit tax filings such as SST and related statutory requirements

Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Handle general administrative tasks related to the accounting department, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Manage petty cash and staff claims accurately and on time.
