Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in operations or planning roles within the food and beverage industry.
Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic operational plans to drive growth and efficiency.
Expertise in supply chain management, including procurement, logistics, and inventory control, with a focus on optimizing costs and ensuring product availability.
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance standards relevant to the F&B sector.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Experience in budget management and financial oversight, with the ability to control costs and maximize profitability.
Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
Excellent command of English and Mandarin (Zh) for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in an onsite capacity at our Kuala Lumpur location.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability within the food and beverage manufacturing process.
Oversee and optimize the entire supply chain, from raw material sourcing and procurement to production planning, inventory management, and final product distribution, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and adherence to food safety and quality standards.
Manage and control operational budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic objectives.
Implement and monitor robust quality assurance programs and ensure strict compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and industry best practices.
Drive process improvement initiatives across all operational functions, leveraging data analysis and best practices to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and R&D, to align operational capabilities with market demands and new product development.
