Kelayakan

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; sales experience will be an added advantage
  • Cold calling involve proactively reaching out to prospects via phone to generate leads, pitch products, and book appointments
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel when necessary
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills

Tanggungjawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Conduct product presentations and explain company services to customers
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
  • Follow up with customers on inquiries, payments, and after-sales support
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Attend meetings, exhibitions, and networking events when required
  • Ensure monthly and quarterly sales KPIs are achieved
