Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent)
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and general repairs
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Physically fit and able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Team player with a proactive and service-oriented attitude
- Work independently with minimum supervision, team player
- Able to communicate in Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Have your own transportation
- Good time management skill, able to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on venue systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment servicing
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and venue standards
- Assist in energy conservation initiatives and sustainability efforts
- Support renovation or upgrade projects as needed
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of engineering workspaces and storage areas
- Participate in emergency response procedures, including fire safety and evacuation drills
