Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in administration, operations, or business coordination.
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
  • Fresh graduates with strong organizational and coordination skills are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
  • Able to work independently and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, facilities, procurement, maintenance, and vendor management.
  • Coordinate meetings, business visits, company events, and engagement activities.
  • Manage correspondence, filing systems, and administrative documents.
  • Support HR administration, including attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents for management.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders and assist in organizing business forums and trade events.
  • Manage office tenancy matters, investment property administration, and company corporate materials.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
