Internship For Quantity Surveyor jobs in Embun Design Studio Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or related field

Internship duration: minimum 3–6 months

Basic knowledge of construction drawings and measurements

Familiar with MS Excel and basic QS calculations

Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn

Willing to be based at site or office (depending on project requirement)

Assist QS team in measurement and taking-off quantities from drawings

Support preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ) and cost estimates

Assist in preparation of progress claims, variation orders (VO) and final accounts

Help in checking subcontractors’ claims and quotations

Assist in cost control, budgeting and material tracking

Support preparation of tender documents and tender evaluation

Maintain proper documentation and filing system

Attend site meetings and coordination meetings when required

Assist site valuation and measurement works

Perform other duties as assigned by QS or Contract Manager
