  • Demonstrate a strong sales and customer-service mindset; able to provide professional purchasing advice and consultation to customers.

  • Patient, responsible, and adaptable to the fast-paced live-streaming environment; highly motivated to achieve sales targets.

  • Fresh graduates and beginners with a strong passion for live sales are welcome to apply! Comprehensive training will be provided by the company.

Tanggungjawab

  • Engage with viewers in real-time during live streaming sessions, answering questions and fostering a positive community atmosphere.
  • Effectively demonstrate and promote products to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits to drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content and promotional strategies for live streaming events.
  • Process customer orders and inquiries accurately and efficiently during and after live streams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and after-sales support.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations and enhance the customer experience.
  • Assist in managing social media platforms to promote upcoming live streams and engage with the online community.
