Requirements:

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Food Handling Certificate & Typhoid Injection required

• Experience in F&B is an advantage

• Able to work weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities:

• Prepare sandwiches, pastries, and beverages according to standard recipes

• Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation are maintained

• Prepare ingredients and perform daily food prep

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and service area

• Follow food handling and safety procedures

• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisor for replenishment

• Handle customer orders professionally and politely

• Operate POS system and cashier duties when required

• Assist in opening and closing operations

• Ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained properly
