Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy field.

• Minimum 1 year of audit experience with be an added advantage.

• Possess high level of communication and analytical skill.

• Possess sound knowledge of SAP / general accounting principles.

• Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office especially Excel.

• Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Description:

• To prepare corporate tax provision and service tax schedules.

• To monitor and improve internal control system.

• To provide analysis of financial data and highlight key areas of concerns and offer recommendation for improvement.

• To assist in preparation of audit schedules and handling auditor’s query.

• To handle full sets of accounts and preparation of monthly financial statement – Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet on timely basis.

• To prepare regular schedules and analysis for monthly management report.

• To perform reconciliation and schedules on inter-company, credit card debtors and other collection debtors account.

• To prepare and key-in accounts related information into accounting system.

• To perform payment processing function such as cheque issue and preparation of online transaction inquiry.

• To deal with petty cash payment processing.

• To perform bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance.

• To attend and observe stock-take process in a monthly basis.

• To ensure proper accounts documentation are kept and filed.

• To assist in preparation of audit schedules and handling auditors query.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
