Job Description

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply

  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)

  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, data entry)

  • Responsible, punctual, and possesses a positive working attitude

  • Good organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain proper records

  • Manage filing systems and documentation in an organized manner

  • Issue invoices and ensure timely processing

  • Handle new member registrations and related administrative tasks

  • Assist with daily administrative duties as assigned by management
