Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in franchise development, business development, sales, or F&B expansion.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

  • Willing to travel for franchise meetings, site visits, and exhibitions.

  • Experience in F&B or retail franchise industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

1. Franchise Sales & Development

  • Identify and recruit potential franchisees to expand the company’s franchise network.

  • Handle franchise inquiries from potential investors through various channels (online platforms, referrals, exhibitions, etc.).

  • Conduct franchise presentations and explain franchise models, investment structure, and operational requirements.

  • Evaluate potential franchisees to ensure they meet the company’s franchise criteria.

2. Market Research & Site Development

  • Conduct market research to identify potential locations and expansion opportunities.

  • Work with franchisees on site selection and feasibility analysis.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor franchise activities.

3. Franchise Onboarding & Support

  • Coordinate with internal departments (operations, training, marketing, finance) during franchise setup.

  • Support franchisees through the onboarding process including documentation and operational preparation.

  • Ensure franchisees comply with brand standards and franchise agreements.

4. Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and investors.

  • Provide continuous support and communication to ensure franchisee satisfaction and success.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare franchise proposals, agreements, and related documentation.

  • Maintain accurate records of franchise leads, prospects, and signed agreements.

  • Provide regular reports on franchise development progress and pipeline.
