Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse project stakeholders.

Posses own transport and willing to travel.

Skills required: Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation, Project Management, Building Automation and Technical Support.

Tender and quote preparation.

Monitor projects costs against budgets and adjust strategies to control expenses.

Identify and document site variations, prepare quotation and submit variation orders to ensure fair compensation for additional work.

Prepare monthly progress claims and final accounts, working closely with clients and QS team for reconciliation.
