Job Description

Requirements

  • Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certificate or equivalent.

  • Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail for accurate record keeping and data entry.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for administrative tasks and document preparation.

  • Excellent customer service skills to effectively address inquiries and provide support to clients and colleagues.

  • Experience in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.

  • Ability to provide comprehensive administrative support, including handling correspondence, managing files, and preparing reports.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including photocopying, faxing, and mailing.

  • Manage and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring accurate record keeping and easy retrieval of information.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.

  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate databases and spreadsheets.

  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers.

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper functioning.

  • Provide customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
