Job Description

Requirements

  • Must have SPM or equivalent qualification.

  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply (Full Training Provided will be provided).

  • Proficiency in Mandarin language is a mandatory requirement.

  • Good communication skills in English is preferred.

  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.

  • Troubleshooting and multitasking skills.

  • Self-motivated and highly reliable.

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the call center industry will be an added advantage for this position.

  • Willing to work on rotational shifts (does not require night shift)

  • Willing to work in Ara Damansara, Selangor.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support to customers via phone, email, and fax for corporate and consumer products.

  • Handle enquiries on products, sales, promotions, e-Shop purchases, deliveries, and warranty registration.

  • Filter and manage calls to determine the need for on-site engineers or transfer to appropriate departments (e.g., software, hardware, or sales).

  • Dispatch engineers for hardware-related issues and ensure first contact resolution (FCR) wherever possible.

  • Update clients on their request status accordingly.

  • Achieve quarterly KPI targets set by the CS manager.

  • Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
