Full Time Retail Operation & Compliance Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in CKL Holdings WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

• Technical knowledge in accounting

Transaction Processing (POS)

• To learn the POS and guide outlets on how to use the POS accurately

• To learn and understand the role of cashiers in order to monitor and improve internal controls and procedures

• To check and ensure various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, vouchers etc are accurately captured in the POS

• To ensure coupons, loyalty points, promotion packages and rainchecks are captured in POS according to company policy

• To ensure warranty claim, product claim procedure with correct documentation

• To check and ensure all transactions/documents related to sales for eg INV, sales returns, refunds etc are accurately captured in POS

• To check and ensure all transactions/documents related to cost of goods sold for eg purchases, returns, discounts etc are accurately captured in POS

• To check monthly statement of intercompany & 3rd party vendors

• To check and ensure compliance to Petty cash and safe box procedures

• To guide and ensure compliance to E-Invoice requirements

Inventory Control

• Doing monthly stock check to ensure system stock match with physical stock in accordance to stock check policy and procedures

Product Knowledge

• To study and understand the products and services in order to check and verify the accuracy and completeness of transactions captured in POS

Compliance Monitoring

• To detect and report on any non-compliance to procedures and policies, possible fraud etc

Payroll Checking

• To check outlet monthly staff payroll
