Job Description

Requirements

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

    • 2–4 years’ experience in influencer/KOL marketing, Tiktok, XHS, IG, Threads affiliate programs, or digital marketing

    • Strong understanding of major social platforms, creator trends, and influencer analytics tools

    • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.

    • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing digital campaign metrics.

    • Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple simultaneous campaigns.

    • Proficiency in MS Excel, tracking/CRM platforms, and affiliate software.


    Responsibilities

    • Identify and shortlist KOLs/influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, XHS, THREADS).

    • Source, brief, negotiate, and onboard influencers aligning with campaign goals.

    • Manage end‑to‑end campaign execution: timeline coordination, content review, ensuring brand consistency

    • Maintain influencer relationship database; monitor deliverables and ongoing collaboration opportunities .

    Affiliate Program Management

    • Develop and maintain affiliate partnerships (e‑commerce platforms, bloggers, brand ambassadors).

    • Track affiliate performance, optimize program based on KPIs (click‑throughs, conversion rates, revenue).

    Strategy & Trend Insights

    • Stay updated on social media trends, KOL best practices, and influencer marketing tools .

    • Recommend content ideas and strategies to enhance engagement and ROI.

    Analytics & Reporting

    • Analyze campaign and affiliate performance: reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, ROI. Present insights to optimise future campaigns

    • Prepare monthly performance dashboards and feedback reports.

    Cross‑functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with Creative, Content, Sales, and Product teams to align outputs with brand identity

    • Manage budgets, vendor contracts (influencers, affiliate networks, service agencies).

    Campaign Execution & Admin

    • Coordinate product seeding, briefings, timelines, and approvals.

    • Ensure compliance with advertising standards (e.g., disclosures, #ad, local ad regulations).
