Requirements
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of Pineapple Computer, a 200-employee
Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive and productive work environment at the Wisma Pineapple office.
Administer payroll processing and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all employees.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and effectively communicated across the organization.
Utilize HR software to manage employee data, track performance, and streamline HR processes.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in Malaysia, particularly concerning employment contracts, working hours, and employee rights.
Contribute to the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention.
Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related issues, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of Pineapple Computer, a 200-employee IT product distribution company.
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and retention, ensuring a pipeline of qualified talent for various IT product roles.
Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in Malaysia, and develop/update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements.
Administer payroll processing accurately and efficiently, including benefits administration, leave management, and statutory contributions.
Lead and manage the performance appraisal process, working with department heads to set goals, provide feedback, and identify development opportunities for employees.
Utilize HR software and systems to maintain accurate employee records, generate reports, and streamline HR operations, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives that enhance job satisfaction and reduce turnover.
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including compensation, benefits, and career development.
Contribute to the development and delivery of HR training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in areas such as product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
