Full Time Social Media Content Creator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 + additional compensation in AIR SPACE WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or video production (Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply).

• Technical Skills: Proficient in mobile/camera filming and mobile/desktop video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

• On-Camera Confidence: Comfortable presenting, hosting, or acting in front of the camera when the content format requires it.

• Platform Knowledge: In-depth understanding of social media algorithms, features, and optimization tactics (specifically TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts).

• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with external artists and internal teams. Excellent time management and the ability to meet production deadlines.

• Portfolio:A portfolio or links to social media accounts showing your video editing, filming, or creative content work ismandatory for this application.

Key Responsibilities

• Trend Analysis & Strategy: Conduct regular research on social media trends, viral formats, and competitor strategies to support content and monthly campaign planning.

• Ideation & Planning: Propose, pitch, and develop fresh content ideas. Actively participate in creative brainstorming and planning meetings.

• End-to-End Video Production: Script, storyboard, film, and edit engaging multimedia content.

• On-Camera & Off-Camera Execution: pre planning logistics, inventory, setting, arranging, directing/filming external talents. Being comfortable to show your face on camera is a bonus point

• Talent Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate with external artists, influencers, and content creators to co-create impactful content.

• Content Scheduling: Manage and schedule social media postings across platforms in accordance with approved marketing plans and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
