Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales. Proven track record in overseas market expansion, particularly within Southeast Asia or Eastern Europe, is highly advantageous.
High Mobility (Must-Have): Must be highly willing and able to travel internationally frequently. Expected travel frequency is approximately 2 to 3 weeks per month.
Skills:
Exceptional cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with international clients and internal teams.
Strong cross-border market analysis, business acumen, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in B2B business negotiation, contract discussions, and managing the standard sales pipeline.
Strong self-motivation, high autonomy, resilience to pressure, and the flexibility to adapt to changing travel schedules and time zones.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin). Proficiency in any local languages of Southeast Asia or Eastern Europe is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
Regional Market Expansion:Execute targeted online and offline promotional strategies to discovery, approach, and secure potential clients inSoutheast Asia (SEA) and Eastern Europe markets.
Intensive Onsite Engagement: Lead frontline international business trips to conduct onsite client visits, deliver tailored pitches, and build a strong local brand presence.
Relationship Management: Establish and maintain robust, long-term relationships with cross-cultural clients, deeply understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
Market Insights: Monitor and analyze global market trends, competitor movements, and local business environments in target regions to identify growth opportunities.
Negotiation and Contracting: Drive business negotiations, manage contract discussions, and ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report market development progress and KPIs to senior management, providing strategic recommendations for regional growth.
