Requirements
Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field Master's (MBA or IS) is a plus
3+ years’ experience in Business Systems Analysis
Strong in API testing, data analysis, system integration
Familiar with tools: Postman, Tableau/Power BI, JIRA, Git
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, ERP/CRM systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong problem-solving mindset and team collaboration
Responsibilities
Analyze and document business requirements
Design and propose IT solutions to support business goals
Collaborate with technical teams on implementation
Perform system and process analysis
Lead or support integration projects (APIs, enterprise platforms)
Ensure project milestones and outcomes are met
