Good communication skills in English & Mandarin. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia is a bonus.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as per operational needs.

CPR and First Aid certification is an added advantage but not required.

Ability to work independently with discretion for confidential information.

Problem-solving, attention to details and analytical skills.

Customer Service: Greeting members and guests in a friendly, professional manner, answering telephones, handling inquiries, and providing information about available activities and facilities.

Facility Operations & Maintenance: Assisting with the daily operations and maintenance of the clubhouse and activity areas. This includes routine cleaning tasks, setting up/dismantling equipment safely, and ensuring all equipment is stored securely.

Activity Support: Assisting in planning, coordinating, and facilitating recreational and sports activities (e.g., pickleball event, shooting-range programs).

Safety & Compliance: Enforcing rules, height/age restrictions where applicable, ensuring guest safety, and following emergency protocols.

Administrative Tasks: Operating point-of-sale (POS) systems, processing payments for equipment rentals, facility use, or retail sales, and assisting with membership processes and facility bookings.

Team and client support: Assist front-line teams and provide support to help them perform their duties efficiently.
