Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree or equivalent qualification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia (English proficiency is an added advantage).
Confident in communicating with customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, and digital platforms.
Sales-driven with a strong motivation to achieve targets.
Experience in Sales, Telesales, Customer Service, or Marketing is an added advantage.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude, responsible, proactive, and disciplined.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with social media and communication tools.
Willing to work according to company operating hours.
Responsibilities
Contact potential and existing customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, or digital platforms to promote company products and services.
Provide accurate information regarding products, promotions, and packages offered by the company.
Respond to customer inquiries professionally and assist customers throughout the sales process.
Follow up with leads and existing customers to generate sales opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company.
Maintain and update customer records, sales activities, and reports regularly.
Build strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve sales performance and business growth.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Perform other duties assigned by management when required.
