Full Time Financial Analyst - Record to Report (Journal Review) Jobs, in CBRE WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Degree in Accounting / professional qualifications will be an added advantage (CA, CPA, ACCA)

At least 2 years’ experience in a Finance / SSC / Audit environment

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

High level of accuracy, numerical ability and attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure to meet deadline and longer working hours during month-end close.

Proficiency in English

A team player and able to promote teamwork among the team

Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change

Performing General Ledger (GL) journal entry review to ensure it is in line with SOX requirement in accordance to journal type / nature. 

Verify and justify all numbers against the source documents

Ensure journal entry is posted accurately to the correct GL account by its nature

All journal to be reviewed within the agreed turnaround time

Support monthly or yearly SOX testing by providing all relevant documentations

Manage/ monitor query resolution related to journal entry

Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to meet business goals.

Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time
