Working Location: Crystal Plaza, No.4, Jalan 51A/223,46100, Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Salary: RM2000 + Monthly Incentive Scheme (Min RM750, Max RM4000)
Contract Period: 12 months
Minimum:
• Minimum a SPM in any field
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge in computer literate
Responsibilities
• To call customer remind for monthly installment
• To update customers information & details in system
• Advise customers to proceed with necessary action regarding pending payment
• Assist customers for any inquiries related
• Try to negotiate with customers
• Follow up the payment response as promised by the customers
• Ensure monthly instalment been paid as scheduled
