Kerja Sepenuh Masa PDE Assistant Engineer - Technician, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,600 di Sena Diecasting Industries Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

1. To support new product introduction and product transfer.

2. To co-ordinate entire process and product flow from development stage to mass production.

3. To assist Engineer on documentation by defining initial manufacturing process of new products and involving parts /customers’ qualification.

4. To work closely with production planner in planning and executing product launch plans.

5. To assist Engineer provide all processes related issues by maintaining process knowledge and issuance of instruction to production on manufacturing.

6. To liaise with equipment and material suppliers, Sub-Contractors and production personnel to drive continuous quality improvement and cost.

7. To work closely with production to provide engineering support to manufacturing operations on problems solving and analysis..

8. To perform ERP system registration and updates.

9. Requires to travel at customers/suppliers/sub-contractors' premises within Malaysia or overseas to perform/coordinate projects / assignments.

10. To assist Engineer to plan and organize resources for all projects to ensure that they are being effectively carried out.

11. To build customer relationships with key players and working levels in the customers' organization.

12. To assist Engineer to monitor, participate and to initiate enhancement that will exceed customers' expectation.

13. To assist Engineer to review and finalize FA, PPAP and any other documents / samples prior to submission to customers.

14. To work closely with technician for documentation preparation and project coordination.

15. To perform any other jobs or duties as and when required by the superior.

MINIMUM SKILLS
1. Able to read technical drawings and understanding Geometric tolerance.
2. Must be able to work in team and/or work independently.
3. Prove ability to deal with all levels of associates and customers , both internally and externally.
4. Knowledge of machining, diecasting and inspection are preferable.
5. Knowledge of 3D CAD software are preferable.
6. Knowledge of NADCA or ISO standards are preferable.
7. Degree in any Engineering field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
