Familiar with Halal Cert Application and GMP Audit

Develop and execute detailed production plans to meet demand forecasts, ensuring optimal resource allocation and efficient workflow within the poultry production environment.

Collaborate closely with operations, procurement, and sales teams to synchronize production schedules with raw material availability, sales orders, and inventory levels.

Monitor production progress against established schedules, identify potential bottlenecks or deviations, and implement corrective actions to maintain on-time delivery and quality standards.

Manage and optimize inventory levels for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods, implementing effective inventory management techniques to minimize holding costs and prevent stockouts.

Analyze production data, identify trends, and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production output, efficiency, waste reduction, and adherence to schedule.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of production planning processes and operational efficiency by recommending and implementing best practices in operations management and supply chain management.

Ensure clear and effective communication of production plans and updates to all relevant stakeholders, including production staff, management, and other departments, utilizing English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin as needed.

In Charge of Cert Application (Halal, GMP, and etc.) and Audit follow up.

Develop and implement detailed production schedules to meet demand forecasts, considering raw material availability, machine capacity, and labor resources.

Collaborate with the operations and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components, managing inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess.

Analyze production data, including output, scrap rates, and downtime, to identify areas for improvement and contribute to continuous process enhancement initiatives.

Coordinate with the sales and logistics departments to align production plans with customer orders, delivery schedules, and inventory requirements.

Maintain accurate production records and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review, focusing on efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.

Participate in demand planning meetings, providing insights into production capabilities and lead times to support accurate forecasting and strategic planning.
