Requirements

Qualification & Working Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Psychology or a related discipline

Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation of reward programs, including salary reviews, bonus cycles, promotions, and productivity-based incentives.

  • Strategic Support: Operationalize Group-wide reward strategies and philosophies by developing practical guidelines, approval papers, and implementation plans.

  • Offer &Adjustment Proposals: Formulate fair and market-relevant salary proposals, hiring offers, and retention packages aligned with internal equity principles.

  • Market Benchmarking: Conduct annual and ad-hoc benchmarking and job matching against external surveys to ensure competitive pay, allowances, and benefits.

  • Data Analytics: Analyze internal pay positioning, equity, and workforce trends to provide data-driven insights and risk assessments for management decision-making.

  • International Rewards: Manage compensation and benefits operations for international stations, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and tax requirements.

  • Industrial Relations Support: Prepare cost analyses, benchmarking data, and proposal options to support Collective Agreement (CA) negotiations.

  • Mobility & Harmonization: Support global mobility initiatives and international assignment practices, including the harmonization of rewards policies across the Group.

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a specialist advisor to HCBPs and Recruiters on business-unit-specific reward matters, equity issues, and employee queries.

  • Governance & Excellence: Drive process improvements and maintain rigorous documentation to ensure all reward decisions are transparent, auditable, and compliant with internal controls
