Responsibilities
Program Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation of reward programs, including salary reviews, bonus cycles, promotions, and productivity-based incentives.
Strategic Support: Operationalize Group-wide reward strategies and philosophies by developing practical guidelines, approval papers, and implementation plans.
Offer &Adjustment Proposals: Formulate fair and market-relevant salary proposals, hiring offers, and retention packages aligned with internal equity principles.
Market Benchmarking: Conduct annual and ad-hoc benchmarking and job matching against external surveys to ensure competitive pay, allowances, and benefits.
Data Analytics: Analyze internal pay positioning, equity, and workforce trends to provide data-driven insights and risk assessments for management decision-making.
International Rewards: Manage compensation and benefits operations for international stations, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and tax requirements.
Industrial Relations Support: Prepare cost analyses, benchmarking data, and proposal options to support Collective Agreement (CA) negotiations.
Mobility & Harmonization: Support global mobility initiatives and international assignment practices, including the harmonization of rewards policies across the Group.
Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a specialist advisor to HCBPs and Recruiters on business-unit-specific reward matters, equity issues, and employee queries.
Governance & Excellence: Drive process improvements and maintain rigorous documentation to ensure all reward decisions are transparent, auditable, and compliant with internal controls
