Diploma/Degree in Administration, Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
Minimum 2 years of administrative/office management experience
Candidates with EPC, power, or energy industry exposure are preferred
Familiar with Malaysian labour law and administrative procedures
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to work in English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
Sabah-based candidates are encouraged to apply
Tanggungjawab
Manage daily administrative operations of the KK office and liaise with local authorities/government departments
Stationed at the Kimanis project site to oversee office, accommodation, transport, and logistics arrangements
Support administrative management for the 100MW project and provide admin/logistics support for the 60MW (DYNAC) project
Handle recruitment, attendance tracking, and employee relations
Manage project reception and external corporate image activities
Oversee documentation and administrative processes
Perform other ad hoc administrative duties assigned by management
